To deliver Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services with integrity;

To do so efficiently and economically;

To remain faithful to the principles of ADR as established by the Legislature and Judicial Council;

To resolve disputes by going the extra mile;

To obtain for the parties a legally enforceable Settlement Agreement, Arbitration, Decision, or Referee's Report and Recommendation.
